Packages for the prospects that ignore your emails.
You’ve got a hundred cold emails in your inbox this week and not one box on your desk. Your prospects are the same. We ship them something they’ll actually keep, with a handwritten card and a page with their name on it. A few days later, your rep’s call is “did it show up?” instead of “did you see my email?”
Built and shipped from Austin, TX.
is this you?
Built for B2B teams and business owners with a list of dream prospects.
If one new client is worth $5,000 or more to you, the cost of a package is a rounding error. If you or someone on your team spends the week chasing meetings with prospects who never reply, those are the prospects I mail.
Usually a fit
- You sell to other businesses
- Your deals are big enough that one new client covers the whole campaign
- You have prospects you want who aren’t answering your emails
- Your prospects work out of a real office
Not a fit
- Anyone selling to consumers
- Anything under a few thousand dollars a deal
- Prospects who work remote-only or out of a coworking space. A package has to land on a real desk, and I won’t ship to one that isn’t there.
here’s the whole mechanism
How a campaign runs
We build the list together
You tell me who you want: the industry, the company size, the person. I pull the contacts, verify the emails, and check every mailing address twice before anything ships. Already have a list? Even better, send it over.
I build and ship the package
Something they’ll actually keep, with their company on it. Inside is a handwritten card in your rep’s name and a QR code to a page with the prospect’s name on it. Every card and email goes to you for approval first.
It lands, and your rep calls
Tracking confirms delivery and you get a heads-up. A few days later, your rep makes the easiest call of the week: “Hey, did the package show up?”
The emails run on their own
An email sequence goes out in your rep’s name, starting the day after delivery. If your team doesn’t call, the emails still do the work. If they do, the emails back them up.
here’s the actual difference
Email competes for attention. A package earns it.
Cold email, alone
- One of hundreds in the same inbox
- Often lands in spam before anyone sees it
- Easy to scroll past without a second look
- Sounds like every other cold email
- No way to know if they ever saw it
- Can make your brand look spammy to top prospects
A Well Sent Mail package
- Arrives somewhere it can be seen and held
- Delivery is tracked, so you know the moment it lands
- The follow-up emails reference something that actually happened
- Gives your rep a real, specific reason to call
real examples
A few packages I’ve pitched
These are ideas I’ve built for real companies. They’re examples, not a menu. Yours gets designed around who you sell to, and the only rule is that it has their company on it, not yours.
for your biggest prospects
The magazine cover
A framed cover of a major business magazine, dated a year out, with their company as the cover story and the outcome you deliver as the headline. Printed on glossy stock and shipped bubble-wrapped.
“This is next year’s cover. Fifteen minutes and I’ll show you how we get there.”
Engraved chess set
A folding travel board with their company name along the edge. For the prospects who have never replied.
“Picking a partner is a chess move, not a coin flip. Want to compare openings?”
Engraved cutting board
Bamboo, with their name on it. It lives in a kitchen for years. For the wider list.
“We cut the list to the best. This is what’s left on the board.”
Custom lunch box
A classic insulated lunch box with their company name on the front. For the prospects worth a lunch meeting.
“Your next lunch meeting is already packed. Want to pick a day?”
Something built for you
Tell me who you sell to and your budget per package. I’ll come back within a day with three ideas that fit, with the cost on each.
Nothing with your logo on it. They’ve got a drawer full of that already.

worth answering upfront
Questions people ask early
What happens after I book a call?
We talk through who you sell to and pick the package that fits. Then I send a proposal with exact pricing for your list. Nothing ships until you’ve approved every card and email and paid upfront.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the package and the size of your list, so there’s no flat number on this page. I’ll walk you through exact pricing on the call and follow up with a proposal. If you want a feel for it first, the three package ideas come with a cost on each.
Who makes the packages?
I do. I source the item, personalize it, write the card, pack it, and ship it from Austin. Engraving in bulk is the one thing I send out.
Who makes the phone calls?
Your team does. When the package lands, your rep calls and asks if it showed up. It’s the easiest call they’ll make all week. I don’t sell calling, and if your team doesn’t call, the emails still do the work.
How fast can we start?
14–28 days from kickoff to the first package on a desk, depending on the item and the size of your list.
Is there a minimum order size?
Campaigns start at 25 prospects.
How does payment work?
100% of the project cost is due upfront at kickoff. There’s no deposit-and-balance split to track.
What happens if a package arrives damaged?
Tell me and I’ll reship it at no cost. I don’t carry pre-paid insurance on shipments, so flag it quickly and I’ll move fast.
How did you get my email?
If you got a cold email from me, I pulled your contact from a B2B database and you matched the kind of company this works for. Every email has a line at the bottom to make it stop, and I mean it.
What results should I expect?
I won’t quote you a number I haven’t earned yet. What I can tell you is that a package gets opened when an email often doesn’t, and that the “did it show up?” call gets answered. When I have a campaign’s real numbers to share, they’ll be on this page.
Do you handle email compliance?
Yes, every sequence follows standard CAN-SPAM opt-out practices.
Let’s get a package on someone’s desk.
Book fifteen minutes and tell me who you’re trying to reach. We’ll figure out which package fits and what it costs.
